Beef

Get Black Angus beef from our farm butchered just for you from one of our butchering partners. 

 

How it works: We make an appointment with one of the butchers we work with, we deliver the beef animal to the butcher.  You pay us for the beef based on hanging weight.  When you pick up the finished beef, you pay the butcher for processing based on the hanging weight.

Your Customized Beef Order

With a custom beef order, your freezer is stocked and ready to go. ​And we have some great recipes to offer our customers too.

We have beef available for you at the end of June, September, and December.

​

Cost is per pound hanging weight (per pound cost may flucturate with the market, ask for more details) + the cost of processing (paid to the butcher).
